Street Children Fund
Contemplation Hut has a program to help the street children where we call it "Fund for the Street Children". It collects fund for the street children where we, the afford one, hoped to participate. This fund is made specifically for their education. We know that the street children do not have appropriate education, moreover some are not educated at all. So we hope this fund will help them to study, at least to be more educated.
Father Gani CM once told me, from the "Sekotak Buavita" reflection, if we could support the street children, by donating 10 000 Rupiahs from our money per month, and if 100 000 people are willing to donate, you can imagine the total of fund will be. It will aggregate a large amount of money. I believe 10 000 rupiahs is a possible amount for us to donate, if everyday we save 300 rupiahs.
Your Donation will be used for the street children group activity in Surabaya, which is under Father Gani CM upbringing and so the activity in Jakarta under our sponsorship.
We believe that you are a compassionate people. Your donation is a process to "build" educated people. And It’s a long process. So, we ask your sincerity, attention, moral support, and your prayer for Father Gani CM and all the volunteers who are willing to give their time and attention for the street children.
We also need inputs such as skills to be taught for the street children, therefore they can stand on their own two feet, and personnel as volunteers who are willing to teach them directly.
